Students planning to satisfy the long paper requirement in this course, must register for SEM 6021.
This course will examine the rights and protections that currently exist for persons with disabilities. We will focus primarily on federal disability law, including the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (as amended in 2008), IDEA, and other federal protections against disability-based discrimination.
