LAW-3086: Introduction to Legal Theory

This is a series of lecture/seminar presentations. The presentations together form ‘An Introduction to Legal Theory.’ The presentations are meant to build on some of the concepts you were exposed to in firstyear Legal Writing, treating them in greater depth and with more rigor. The series should be interesting to those of you who want to have a more complete understanding of how law works. It will be especially valuable if you expect to be involved in litigation or high-end transactional practices.
